My 2nd Blog of the week...

I really don't know what to write. I think I might have blog block. I am trying to finish up my paper that is due soon. I hope everyone is doing okay with the assignment. Well, I have to go and finish up some things. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Homework!

Man I have homework coming in from everywhere. It is causing me to stress because I want to pass all my classes this semester. So we had moodle for EN100 on Thursday, so we didn't need to meet. I was having a little problem with the moodle because of 3 reasons. One, I didn't get home till 8 in the evening because my Math class ended at 7:20 and the drive home is super long (I try to not speed night). Two, I had to help my cousin FIRST out with his homework because he's been having problems with his studies lately and I don't want him to be retained. And lastly just when I turned on my computer, the stupid power went off. I waited a while for it to go back on but realized even if the power comes back on, the router in which I steal off my neighbors internet won't connect till an hour after the power comes back. So I told myself to do it the next day. Friday came and here I sat in front of the computer trying to remeber passwords and login names. I went to the moodle room for out class and didnt know what to do, Rowena was suppose to help me but I couldn't since I had a class review for psychology after work. But today I figured it all out and now I am just trying to do all my other homework.

Blogging!?!

Hey everyone,

Just like some you newbies in blogging, this is my first time with this type of thing too. And as a first time blogger, I think this is pretty cool, especially if it's required for a class. As for the first moddle session we had, it was also very new to me too. Sooner or later, a majority of us will get addicted to this type of thing...or not. But this is the 21st century and what we are is the future, and things will enhance more in the future to come.

2nd blog for the week. (Moodle)

Hey

I'm still kind of getting used to this blogging thing so forgive me if I stray away from the topic. The whole moodle session thing is very new to me. I was trying to figure out what to do. I'm the kind of guy that is use to a classroom environment but I guess I could get used to this. Doing things online is what we all have to get use to because the future is basically an online one.

It's Moodle Time........

So what does everybody think of Moodle session. Isn't it a great way of communicating with each other outside of class. It is also a great way to see everyones different point of views about our discussions in and outside of class. See you all on Tuesday.

I'm finally done. It might have taken us a while to sum up our views on Test-based writing but we did it, "hooray" for us.

2nd blog for the week.

Alright, this is my second blog for this week. Right now I am on the moodle with my other fellow classmates. It is really fun and I honestly think it is way better than in-class lectures. Technology these days are so awesome! Well about the things we are suppose to be learning today my opinions and thoughts is already on moodle. I dont want to have to repeat it here, unless that is what we are suppose to do?

First Blog

Hey fellow classmates,

Our second day for EN 100 was spent in the computer lab. The class was really interesting, but i missed majority of it because I was not able to purchase the textbook. Thankfully, Raynna was able to save me for the day by letting me use her book.(Thank you Raynna). I did however payed attention and I was able to jot down notes.

In class, we were able to complete some exercises on outlining. It was really interesting. It helped me to understand simple ways on how to create an essay.

Blogging!! I would of never thought that it would be a class thing. Its cool though. Im not a blogger, but i dont think its going to be that hard.lol.
Umm. so far in class I have learned that text-based writing can really improve your writing skill.
When i usually write my papers i really dont pay much attention to those parts, but its nice to learn about the main stategies and use it in my future papers.
I think this is going to be a class ill grow from. Which would be cool.lol.

I'll break this down for you. The blogging is something like Myspace, only with less people and no drama. So far in the class I am able to understand through lectures, my creative professor, and my fellow classmates. Using my knowledge from previous books, and essays I have written has helped me gain some confidence in my writing skills. Learning how to properly use the text-based writing will help me generate my form of writing, and put out clear messages to my readers.


Sweet.. so it's been two days since I was paying attention, and writing notes in the class, and I found my classmates to be quite humorous. I will soon know how to use and be creative with this blogging site. We now have to moodle and blog. Yes... Moodle (sounds like a cool word). I hope that this post has caught some of you readers and follow that I, Jaylene is a very spontaneous individual with a creative and fun mind. See you mates soon (tommorow).

Okay I'm not to sure how to do this or what to write, I still need a little getting use to.
Anyways, today in class was interesting. I learn to how to do underline properly, because honestly I am one of those people that would underline almost everything. I have to learn which is really the main idea, because for me a lot of things seem important so that's something I got to work on. Annotating isn't my thing but I think I should try it out, it really seems helpful.
Overall, I thought class was great a little quiet though but we'll see how it goes later on in the semester.

Hi Everyone,

Today was our second day of class. We talked about the different strategies of writing
like Underlining, Annotating, Outlining and the different types of writing. I really think these different strategies would help when you are writing. We also talked about MLA style and APA style. Don't forget Moodle session on Thursday.

Second day of class!

Today for our EN100 class, we met at the computer lab. The first thing I started on was created a new blog and moodle account that is required for this course. Then we started reading the first chapter for our book. We did some excercises from th book. It went pretty fast but I enjoy the class because the people in our class seems to be pretty intresting.

Anyways my name is Delonna Anne [dee-lah-nah ann] but some people can't pronounce it correctly. To make life easier, I also go by the name Dee, DeeAnn, or Lana, which was given by friends and family. I am eighteen years old and is a freshman at here at UOG. I am a John F. Kennedy 08 alumni. I am a proud islander, I STILL bleed green and gold. I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends which is something that is hard to do after graduation. I also love to laugh.
